Urban League of Broward County- STEM Ready

STEM Ready diversifies our communities' future workforce by empowering students who are traditionally underrepresented in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields to succeed in college and career. It is a STEM immersion program that engages youth in experiential learning activities while strengthening academic performance through individual career development plans, applied STEM skills, and visits to STEM facilities. We provide academic counseling and support for STEM pathways from middle school through post-secondary graduation. It is currently offered at Silver Lakes Middle School and Millennium 6-12 Collegiate Academy.
