National Parent & Youth Hotline

The Parents Anonymous® Family Strengthening Program includes the Helpline and Free Weekly Support Groups for Adults and separate Groups for their Children & Youth distinguished by developmental age. 

We are not here to judge, we are just here to help. If you are struggling as a parent, caregiver or a youth, the helpline is here to provide vital support. It is a judgment-free, compassionate space for those in need of immediate emotional support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
