Heart Gallery of Broward- WE CARE Program

The Heart Gallery of Broward County's WE CARE Program is designed to Welcome and Engage adoptive families by Communicating openly, providing Access to care, Raising mental health awareness, and Educating through training and resources. The WE CARE program supports the mental health and wellness of adoptive families pre- and post-adoption. WE CARE also strengthens adoptive families throughout their lives, ensuring forever homes are truly forever, and connects families to direct service providers that are local to or serve Broward County.
