Goodwill Industries of South Florida - STEP Forward Program

The STEP Forward Program is a workforce development initiative designed to support youth with disabilities, ages 15-21, in gaining essential job skills, workplace readiness, and hands-on employment experience. Through interactive training sessions, career exploration activities, and structured work-based learning opportunities, participants develop the necessary skills to transition into the workforce successfully.

The program provides individualized support, including employability skills training, resume building, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and financial literacy. Additionally, participants engage in hands-on work experiences where they receive coaching and feedback to improve their job performance.

STEP Forward is committed to empowering young people by fostering independence, confidence, and professional growth. Our goal is to ensure that youth with disabilities have equal access to career pathways and are equipped to navigate the challenges of employment successfully.
