Boys Town- Care Coordination

Boys Town Care Coordination program provides a lifeline for children suffering from mental health issues by connecting them with programs or resources that can provide the best care. Parents who want to help their children cope with traumas and behavior concerns at home and at school, receive intensive home-based care coordination from a Family Consultant, who partners with other professionals from school and sister agencies to advocate and provide support for the child. Funded by Broward County and the Jim Moran Foundation.

Eligibility Requirements: 

- Families must reside in Broward County and be within 400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines for household income.
