Special Needs Connections program – Broward’s single source for information and referrals for children birth to 22 years of age with developmental and/or physical disabilities. We focus on helping parents, grandparents, caregivers, agencies, teachers, therapists, and medical providers who serve the needs of children with disabilities to link with critical services. These resources include medical, therapeutic, educational, free child developmental screenings, and more. Additionally, our care coordinators provide the family with listening support and the opportunity to discuss any challenges they face with a counselor who can provide direction and hope. We assist families of children with mental health and substance use concerns, those involved in the court system, and youth transitioning out of school.

Children’s Mental Health – Provides children, young adults (ages 21 and younger), and their families with care coordination, linkage to specialized mental health services, case management, and substance use programs.

TeenSpace 211 – A fun, engaging, and interactive website designed to serve as a way for teens, family members, and professionals serving our youth and their families to communicate with 2-1-1 and each other using today’s technology and networking tools.  2-1-1 Teen Hotline is a 24/7, free, and anonymous telephone helpline for teens who need help or information.

2-1-1 Helpline – A free, confidential, and anonymous 24-hour helpline providing information about and/or referrals to mental health services, substance use services, and specialized behavioral health services for adults and adolescents. We serve as a suicide prevention and intervention hotline, providing crisis intervention and linkage to urgent care resources.

All of our services are free of charge and there are no waitlists.
