WE CARE, a program of the Heart Gallery of Broward County, connects adoptive families, foster youth, and adoptees with vital resources before and after adoption. Through personalized care, mental health support, and training, we help families navigate the adoption journey with confidence and community support.

Although this organization will no longer be able to assist adoptive families who are looking for resources, we want to reassure you that there is support for you and your families.
