The WE CARE program which will allow us to Welcome and Engage adoptive families by Communicating openly, providing Access to care, Raising mental health awareness, and Educating through training and resources. This resource hub is designed and supported by the Heart Gallery of Broward. This program aims to support foster youth, adoptees, and adoptive families through the adoption process and beyond with proactive long-term community support.
